The Bard lived in an ever-changing and expanding world – one plagued with illness yet sizzling with impending revolution and enormous discovery. It is enthralling to explore how his life inspired the wealth of plays and poems he created.
Celebrating his upbringing in Stratford-Upon-Avon, extraordinary career in London and enormous legacy, this exhibition is a showcase of my personal Shakespeare collection. Featuring a selection of theatre programmes, books and other paraphernalia relating to England’s greatest playwright, the display is presented in an intimate setting at Stuart House, Liskeard.
